What I find even more impressive is that that they are not only giving us monthly updates while building their knowledge of HS2 and associated tools -- they also have to maintain 1 foot in HS1 while they are working on
the Director's Cut for TID.
It's like trying to learn a new system while managing a legacy system and, BTW - make it seamless so that monthly output is not disrupted from the new system while finding hours here and there to complete a major legacy system project.
If this was actual work for $ instead of a labor of love, it would suck!
I can picture the bad work manager telling a team of 2 people to 'just get it done' and, since they are such a good team, he decided to cut their training budget, telling them to 'just use YouTube tutorials' and it's past 2 PM and I am late for a golf-outing ... I mean meeting, so you are responsible for answering the phones while I am away as well.
