1 update per year sucks because it's too hard to remember and having to restart each time is a big time no go. I'd prefer shorter updates but within a reasonable amount of time. Anything more than 6 months isn't reasonable.
Also, very few games are really worth the energy for a new restart.1 update per year sucks because it's too hard to remember and having to restart each time is a big time no go. I'd prefer shorter updates but within a reasonable amount of time. Anything more than 6 months isn't reasonable.
I Walk Among Zombies (it doesn't have similar writing, but it has a similar premise)Looking for games with either a similar premise or similar writing.
I played the previous games, so something similar to N&T could also work.
Oh and it doesn't need to be an avn. Vn or JVN too
At first when i started in the AVN community, it wasn't as bad, most of the big ones were tops 4-6 months per release and i only played a select few, so i didn't bother much. Now, i cast my net far wider and try stuff i wouldn't have before in way higher quantity. Most of the time it's mediocre, but every now and then, i get pleasantly surprised. It is to the point that i'm exactly at that point too. Most of the "big" 1+ yr update games i've lost interest in for that exact same reason. You don't remember too much, too long to restart. For example, in my beginnings, the Dik game was one of the few i played. I had a route for all the girls. Fast forward years later plus a laptop change, i only have 1 route. I now consider this game a pain as now it's basically a free roam simulator and i can't skip most of it like dialogue. Same with Ripples, Artemis, Eternum, etc. Games are great, but the excitement isn't what it was anymore for me. Sure a new release is exciting, but after a couple hours to half a day it's done for the year.1 update per year sucks because it's too hard to remember and having to restart each time is a big time no go. Sadly it's the new meta, I don't think the big game devs I follow are the type that milk their game, but all of them seem to hell bent on increasing the quality of graphic, adding insane fight scene animation,... I love this 1 month cycle, even if it's 30mins to an hour of content, it stays fresh and with a few of them in the rotation, you often have something new to play.
I deleted that Dik one long ago because the free roams insane difficulty. Onlty started Artemis some months back. Now now, dev drop update soon enough so we don't even need to do thatFuck yes! update! i'm going to sacrifice my neighbour, his whole family and maybe even the hamster tonight![]()
It's just one of the games you have to play with a mod/walkthrough. Otherwise it's absurdly tedious and the branching is stupidI deleted that Dik one long ago because the free roams insane difficulty. Onlty started Artemis some months back. This one is great - long releases and 1 per month.
I don't even do that for Badik just use gallery unlocker , check the scenes and bye ,bye ...It's just one of the games you have to play with a mod/walkthrough. Otherwise it's absurdly tedious and the branching is stupid
It can't be helped, sometimes the dark passenger just jumps into the drivers seat and screams "Let's Goooo!"Now now, dev drop update soon enough so we don't even need to do that
