People forgot the way they were in their teens and early twenties. You do a lot of stupid stuff that you're ashamed of later, but you pretend those years were perfect, you were perfect and people you met were perfect.
When I was 25, I taught at a high school for a few months. Those people were barely 7-10 years younger, but I realized how stupid and childish most of them were, and by extension, what I was when I was their age. I simply didn't even enjoy talking to them that much because they weren't interesting. That said, a lot of my peers weren't that different, I guess it's just my bitterness that came with age ;-)

Note: And to the ppl who are complaining about their missed fapping session, u r just being impatient. Every game first starts this way but once it starts to give fruit, it escalates very quickly. Then let me explain it in context of story progression:

Our hero hasn't made the conscious decision to get any from his students, yet. Whether it's still trying to be "good" or lack of intestinal fortitude, he hesitates. His subconscious, however, is pushing him in that direction so he's starting to dream about doing so. This is a psychological development of a common person transitioning into hero/villain. Now that he has begun to see that aspect he can begin seeing the girls in a different way. This is plot development common in may stories; although most aren't in this subject matter and don't always use dreams to get around the internal drama of personal dialog and change.

And dream or flashback sequences are not always labeled as such when they begin.

I think this is a better plot development than one day being a good, conscientious teacher to building a schoolgirl harem. Making that step without showing a bit of evolution along the way is weak story development. If you're complaining simply because the dreams weren't "story reality", then I'm not sure what you mean by "good" story.

And so you don't think I'm just pulling this out of my ass; I spent a lot of years as an editor for newspaper, magazine, and both fiction and non fiction book publishing.

And sorry if you think I was attacking your hold on reality, as I was speaking specifically about the story in my earlier post, and told you I wasn't challenging you personally. Sorry, as it seems a number of people took it that way.

The dream sequences kind of ruined things for me. There is a bunch of buildups to possible interactions with characters, which I like. That makes it interesting and not just random porn. But here, that is ruined by these sudden porn dream sequences that seem like they are just thrown in so they can say there is some sort of sex in the game. Any buildup being created is then gone.
I found myself starting to do a lot of fast-clicking through empty story to see if any of these buildups would actually lead somewhere, and then.. thanks for playing, see you next time.. end of chapter 12, but still feels like I'm in the introduction.

Yeah that's how I felt as well. Seems the best of this story is in dreams only and the rest is just filler. I prefer my character interacting for real not just some fantasy in the MC's dreams. The story will hardly progress if he dose not live in the real world. Some people don't care though and will just fap to anything lol.

I'm in total agreement here. I was talking with a couple dev friends of mine earlier about what I've been reading here. I haven't played since 0.8.1 I think and to me, if the only sexual interaction is in dream sequences, then that's a total cop out. I have never been fond of games that tossed in dream sex sequences or even the VR sex some devs have started writing. Maybe the dev doesn't want the MC to interact sexually with anyone for some reason and just figures that if they add in dream sex, it will appease the pervs. Well, he's not wrong, but, he's also not right. Some of us pervs aren't into this type of sex in a game.

But, to each their own I guess. It's sad though. As this game held promise, even though it was a really slow burn and now, if that's what the game has turned into, I'll just wish the dev well and move on.

Well, yall weren't wrong about how slow this game is, which surprises me given how thirsty for you every girl is. That said, I did find all the girls likable, except the wife, and most of the girls are absolutely beautiful, especially Joan . I very much enjoy seeing the girls in different outfits and hairstyles every day, I think that's a nice touch.

As for the negative. There is too much filler imo, too much "good morning daddy, good morning sweetheart". That stuff is fine a time or two, but when it's there every single day it gets very irritating. Lastly, Tiffany needs to stop with the constant cockblocking. All said I am looking forward to seeing where this story goes.

I'm apparently in the minority. I like the dreams, they are the only parts that make sense. The story is non-sensical, almost juvenile. Almost? Yeah let's go with that. For instance, I especially liked when the daughter insisted on privacy mode for the windows, but they have a 20 foot high wall surrounding their mansion. As if the tree people would be peeping on them... And then the daughter insisted on buying her father's books with her mothers credit card. And he said "Thanks for the support!" So strange.

i really even forget that Tiffany is my daughter in that story. She doesnt act like it and i don't feel like it. it feels more like a step daughter to me that i am fostering. She constantly calls me daddy (which daughter calls his dad a daddy so much honestly) and all the time. The implication feels like we r bound not genetically but legally with her. At least that is how i felt at least.
I will not encourage such attitude but right at that level, i believe, this game gives you to live a very hidden and forbidden (a taboo) fantasy. Step daughter- Step Father relation.
