There's really not a lot to this, and most of what's said in the overview, or at least the dev notes, is (IMO) inaccurate. The choices don't make any difference, I played through two times, making the opposite choices on the second run, and there was no difference in the scenes that played out. It's basically a kinetic novel in disguise.

There's also only one actual scene, the blonde and the girl in glasses in the previews are only shows through flashbacks/flashforwards. The gameplay is... odd, with random minigames that have no instruction, and do not fit the narrative, the theme, or the feel of the game. They come out of nowhere, it's literally "play this (or press skip) to move on" in a scene where there would never normally be such a break.

I'm not sure what the intent was with this game, but if it's anything more than a proof of concept, I don't think it did a very good job. Oh, and one of the opening lines of dialogue is "My name is and I'm a personal trainer." There's nowhere I saw to input a name, and no default is included, though it comes up in dialogue later...

To the person who asked about content, it's just a personal trainer giving a training session, "flirting" with the girl, and then she drops her sports shorts and fucks him in the middle of the gym. That's basically it, beyond a few frames of "this is what I did before" and a few frames of "these are all the hot chicks I banged after".
