Do I need the latest version of the game for the DLCs? Or is there a link with the DLCs pre-installed in the base? Much appreicated

The dlc2 girl has no voice because the DLC2 file hasn't been updated.

quick note: the versions available in OP are not the latest, so you will encounter an error if following these instructions, but they're very easy to fix: simply copy the UnityPlayer.dll from one of the patches and place it in the top level folder of the base game. You'll still be on version 0.23.4.20 of the base game, but the updated UnityPlayer will work with it and the new DLC. Well, it looks like it works fine so far.

so they don't have voice yet it says full voice as of 10th of august.

Even with all versions up to date, no h voice plays during h scenes. inside the train is playing voices though.

nop, you need to copy the unity.dll from one of the dlc and paste it in the base game folder.

I meant speaking not just moaning. Like the rest of the characters speaking between stations when you're not near them or saying something when you approach them

For those who have problem with no voiced during the H scene, try changing your language to JP in game if you set it to English. See if changing it work.
