I always just go to server 2, and then click the mega link. usually skips a lot of the ads and takes you straight to the mega link afterwards. only problem is the mega limit for free users.

Personally, I find it pretty distasteful.
what triggers the non game-over endings? Is it just chasing down a certain character enough times? Or is there a time limit and then you're forced into NG+
If it's any consolation, they're all fictional characters so there is no actual relationship being ruined, assuming that's your issue.
Even using cheat engine to keep values min max there definitely exists an instakill move.
- SAN is a classic connection for Storage Area Network, used WWN its like MAC address.
- Naked state its a state of firewall, when you disable your firewall and your computer open all network ports for connection.

I've been playing for a while and (this is just a theory) I think SAN is the chance that the event when the girl elbows you or does something that damages you happens. If so, decreasing the SAN would decrease the chance of her attacking you.

Personally I think it is one of the best additions to this game, its there as a reminder that if you do people wrong, people can do you wrong too.
So how do you get the happy ending of the first girl? It seems the last dialogue option is not appearing at all! Is there something special i must do? Or is that unlocked after a certain number of days?
SAN is the pink meter that decreases with each action.
As for Naked State, I'm not sure how much clothing has to be removed to qualify.

Taking an educated guess from the same terminology used in similar genre games,
"SAN" is most likely short for "Sanity" i.e. the girl's mental state - reduce to zero and she loses her sanity.
"naked state", in this specific context, could either refer to:
a) her state of undress combined with the number of lines of sight (number of people who can see her in that state),
or less likely, but as used in other molestation genre games,
b) refer to you (chikan-san) being in her line of sight along with other people watching, with your royal sceptre & family jewels exposed in all their glory, as it were - which would certainly stress me out no end and reduce my sanity very rapidly.
