As for Naked State, I'm not sure how much clothing has to be removed to qualify.

Taking an educated guess from the same terminology used in similar genre games,
"SAN" is most likely short for "Sanity" i.e. the girl's mental state - reduce to zero and she loses her sanity.
"naked state", in this specific context, could either refer to:
a) her state of undress combined with the number of lines of sight (number of people who can see her in that state),
or less likely, but as used in other molestation genre games,
b) refer to you (chikan-san) being in her line of sight along with other people watching, with your royal sceptre & family jewels exposed in all their glory, as it were - which would certainly stress me out no end and reduce my sanity very rapidly.

AFAIK, they don't climax from anything you do on the train.

If you reduce SAN to zero before their normal stop, they exit at the next station, and will go to a shop, bathroom, exit, or different platform. If you follow them to the correct hiding spot, you get a scene.

As for naked state, I don't think option B is correct. You only expose yourself during specific actions with your target, and the skill itself is an action.

Some girls are harder at first. Train car is more crowded, more eyes on them, etc.

You should grab and equip the pick-pocket skill ASAP, then focus on groping the easy targets in car 4 to level it. Once you get it to Level 3, the ride between Horikawa and Night Hawk is a good amount of time. Be on car 4, activate pick pocket, and go to town on the girl's bag. Repeat until you can afford the 300k Stealth Suit. This will make it much easier on the crowded cars.

For Timer cheats - dont use old .dll file, MTL version is crash.

Cheat Engine method:
1) Press "P" - Pause/Unpause game
2) In Cheat Engine - "Value Type - Float", first scan of timer 50:40 (is value for cheat engine is - 50.40)
3) repeat for next scan
4) ????
5) profit

Could you help me with this ? I have done step 3 but CE gives me a bunch of value and I don't find any as ???? in step 4
