I can't say it doesn't for certain on backgrounds, but I'm absolutely certain it does not on characters.
Ok, I can share some tips:
1. To reduce the vision lines, you canchange your suit, some works better with students (mostly day) and workers (mostly night).
2. Suits will also affect the number of channels/upgrades you can equip. (Some are unlockable, I am still fighting to unlock them all)
3. Some channels can reduce suspicion, reduce the speed of lines, etc. Recommendation: Lupine.ch, unlocks steal so you can get money faster.

This game could be good but the control is so fucking ass it's terrible. Why the fuck instead of moving forward our vision tilts upwards to the ceiling?

LMAO you aren't looking for question marks. Let me explain it more detailed:
First you pause your game and put the current time, let's say our timer has 62:62 then we put in CE 62.62 (Float) and you press "first scan".
Then you want the timer to continue so you have to unpause the game, just by it decreasing even less than a second is enough, you must pause the game again and do the same step again, put the current time and press next.
By the second time it usually gets the timer but sometimes you get two values, if you do the step and there're still two values just pick one and mark this button so its value won't change (If one of the two values don't work try the other and it should work):
Also sometimes the timer Address (The one next to the description) doesn't change so you can reuse it but if it changes then you will have to do it all over again

Oh, so that's how it works, thank you, just tested and it works perfectly.
I'm not sure about the girls locations all the time, but when you are on the station you can see them in the map (Bottom right button I think) and when they ride the train you hear their voices. They do the same everyday so you just have to remember their ubications in certain times.
Maybe someone shared a guide or something about their schedules. Not sure tho
