Do we have gallery unlocker already?

while it's not 100%, the cheat mod for 2 actually does work for 3 as well. It partially unlocks the gallery as There are more secondary characters in this one compared to 2. The time freeze and health/distrust freeze still works though. Just be aware that when people are egressing and entering the train, that the timer freeze works on two times, 7 seconds and 3 seconds. It works best freeing the timer when the people start boarding, so you can move around to your target.

They unlock after getting to the seventh scene. Rejection service is scenes 1,3,5 while rejection insert is scenes 2,4,6. Pattern follows for the others.

Time limit is until the 28th day. After any ending you click the bottom option labeled 強くてニューゲーム which is the Japanese term for New game+. After choosing the difficulty, choose the top option チュートリアルをスキップする to skip the tutorial.
As far as I can tell you keep: money, stocks, items, skills, known girls and their details. For main 3 heroines, you keep social media info and sensitivities. Sub-heroines have their sensitivities rounded down to 50 if above 59. In Manaka's case 35 for some stats required in route determination.

Use browser translation, some location is mistranslated in game (as usual) so use jp ver (in-game and site) to compare the letters (Comparison made my eye tired so I will stick to full unlock gallery)
