by the way 90% of the girls in the game dont have voice acting in them is that a problem with me or the game just doesn't have them? also there are some girls i cant find in the game like there is this woman with ping hair and i just cant find her on the train

You're probably using an older version of the game, in the current one all the girls in the base game (0.25.3.28+) have voices during the H scenes. Only the ones in Ap1 don't have them and I think the ones in Ap2 don't have them.

I can't believe ppl are paying $130 for this on dlsite... and that's on sale it's usually $187.

It's because of all the rampant piracy in this thread. Dev's piggybank must be hurting as a result and needs to offset the losses somehow.

With the new version, my mouse and keyboard goes crazy and wanders in circles but with the one version lower (the all aboard version) it's fine. So, I'm not sure if the game is buggy or something with my settings is causing the issues. If anyone has an idea it would really help

Exactly my though. DLC 1 + 2 contain data folder and *.exe file itself. Should I merge them with original game or play them separately?

Well, if you're completely new to the game, it expects you to dl all 3.
The usual process is Extract the base game, launch it, close the game.
Extract and launch the 1st append, let it patch the base game, then close and delete the 1st append.
Extract and launch the 2nd append, let it patch the base game, then close and delete the 2nd append.
Then the base game is patched and includes the appends.
