Does the translation and cheat plug-in work with append 3? Or do we have to wait until it gets updated?

i am incredibly frustrated, i am struggling to complete shizuho oizumi's good route, but i cant find where shibuya station is, i have literally gone out the ticket gate in every station on the "strongest" line (i am assuming that is the saikyo line). the frustrating thing is how the translations are messed up in the mechanics of the game, wish the map translations werent so literal and were translated in their conventional names of towns and/or locales.

anyway, i tried installing skan's translator patch and it doesnt seem to be working for me for some reason. if anyone could either diagnose what the issue is with skan's translator or just tell me where shibuya station is so i can progress in the oizumi good route i would appreciate it. thank you.

So it is confusing but after much frustration I got it to work. You need to go on the strongest line the morning after the cut scene. You stay on the train until Rough Night station, first station after the train change over station to the King Line. Make sure to exit from the ticket counter turnstile exit as well. That should trigger the cut scence. Hope it helps.
