VirusTotal gives the false positive "Zillya: Trojan.ClipBanker.Win32.2669". I ran a scan on the files before and after extraction, a full scan, and an offline scan. You are safe to play this game.

I can't get the game to run. used your link to download, but I'm not getting the full game. inside the file is only the .exe and .txt files, no game folder, which I believe is my problem.
