I'd assumed for someone to be trans they actually had to identify that way. Mentally they are the opposite gender to which they were born. Someone zapped, medically or magically into another gender against their will isn't trans. Regardless of what genitals they have.

Well I kind of curious about this game, A bit short for an intro, but, I like thick women, the older sister nice, just try to fix the mom's breast, there's plenty of morph on this site in assets. But people give it time if I am not mistaken the creator seems to go towards comedy-drama, gender bender. So ease up let him continue the game.
