Hmm. as the project seems to be abandoned, I tried retranslating the whole game myself, with some LLM Claude help and my own edits. Also borrowed some parts of the old translated UI. Hope the author does not mind, though I plan to eventually remake the whole UI myself. The game should be completely playable from the beginning to end, but there still might be some mistakes. If anyone wants to test it, feel free.

What procedure did you use? Id like to do the same to the other two games

Hmm. It would be something like this.
1. Extract Japanese script from message.dat file using VNTranslationTools into xlsx or json file.
2. Translate the script.
3. Put the translated script into a new translated message.dat file using VNTranslationTools.
4. Extract images from vrm.arc file using Garbro.
5. Edit and translate the png, jpg, bmp files.
6. Use ALP_Tool to convert AP-2 alp files to png.
7. Edit and translate them, then convert them again into alp files.
8. Use another 'My_amazing_tool_to_convert_the_rest_of_alp_files_because_ALP_Tool_doesnt_work_on_them.exe' tool to convert the remaining alp files to png.
9. Edit and translate them, then convert them again into alp files.
10. Use Link6_Tool to make all the images into a new vrm.arc file.
11. Use another 'My_amazing_tool_to_edit_protagonist_first_and_last_name_though_its_only_two_characters_per_name_because_the_game_breaks_otherwise.exe' tool on the params.dat file to edit the protagonist's name that shows at the beginning, so the protagonist's name is spoken properly by the other characters.
12. Put it all back into the game folder, making a backup of the old files.
13. Play the game and look for any errors, mistakes or other problems and fix them.

That's pretty much how I did that.

Can you make censored image to uncesored by ai help?
It would 100% more better if we can ride of that censored cancer.
Hmm. In theory, I could extract the censored CGs and upload them here. Then you can uncensor them and I can put them back in the game again and upload the updated build. But if you ask me to uncensor them myself, then no, I absolutely am not going to do that. Sorry.

I don't think I have enough time to do that currently lol.
Regarding the first and third game, do you take commissions to translate those?
I'm not planning to translate them properly. Sorry.

Hmm. The only thing I could probably do would be to just put them through some script like GalTransl, but that would be a bit rough and lazy for my taste, I don't really use those.

First of all thank you for your translation. Quality of translation is really good, but I have some technical problems- maybe you will be able to help me.

First - game only starts for me in the japanese locale mode- any locale emulator is not working the game doesn't even shows any error, it just does not start. Also time format needs to be in japanese way, otherwise I get an error that says: Failed to create main window (in Japanese).

Only 3 lines fit on the screen for me, while as you can see on the screenshot multiple parts have 4 or even more lines. 4 lines are still readable, only cut from the bottom, but fifth line does not show at all.

1. I'm sorry i don't have that problem. Have no idea how to fix it for you.
2. I'm aware of that. The problem is that in english, lines are usually longer than japanese. I rewrote most of the longer lines of text to show on the 4 lines of the text window. I won't fix the 4 lines problem To hough, hmm, I might have missed some lines that spill over into the 5 line. Those are to be checked and rewritten yet.
3. Sorry I don't have that problem.
