If you check the blog it says VXAce right at the top in what is probably the user-profile section. It's also one of the few non-Korean words in the blog's title image. The game does seem rather ambitious for RPGM (let alone VX Ace), but anything is possible with a pile of scripts. They'll probably cause translating this to be a pain though.

Damn, why I didn't see this game before? Definitely will be watching this thread.
Unlike Lona RPG, the protagonist in this game looks much less like a loli, so that's a big plus for me.

I agree, same atmosphere as lonarpg
But i don't think it's the same content
