It is easy to remove viruses from almost all RPG Maker (RPGM) games.
Just need to replace the EXE and DLL files from clean games (of the same type of RPGM version)

Just for example:

• If the Game.exe file is 1567 KB in size and has a green icon,
  I take and replace the files (the DLL and the EXE) from the game "Celesphonia" (I'm not sure which RPGM version "Celesphonia" uses).
• However, if the Game.exe has a dark icon and is 2090 KB in size,
  then I get the replacement files (the DLL and EXE) from the game "Enishia" from this site.

If a RGPM game has a non-standard file size, I don't take the risk and delete it.
Sometimes RPGM games have packed files inside the EXE, so I just delete those games because I'm not sure how to handle them.
I also delete RPGM games with special launchers.
