Not really a game for you I guess... Dev name (Church of NTR) says it all. I found only one CG where MC actually gets some fun - you need to get a harem ending (10 heart all the girls, and don't allow them to get comepletely black - in my case Sis had 6 black hearts and the rest up to 3), at the start of the day select go to ending, and invite all of the girls to escape with you. Then Azusa (Sis) will get antsy she has too much competition and ride MC.

For the shadow animations a girl needs to be at 8 to 9 black hearts - she'll sometimes appear at random locations during night where you can watch it from pink circle on the ground. Locations are: Common House (north from MC's home) - bathroom to the right, Hot Spring - room to the right, school - teacher's room, main village map - one inaccesiable building to the right and one inaccesiable building to the left of the MC's home. I think there might be one more location (out in th open) but I didn't find anything - might be broken by the MTL - some triggers are not working correctly.
After reaching 10 black hearts heroines will spend every night serving as the meat toilet (to the right of the Elder's house) - so she will no longer appear as a shadow animation.
As for the translation, actually there isn't much text stored as images that's really "required", pretty much only the tutorial and customs pages.
Well, let's just hope that we'll get "real" translation at some point - this game is pretty hot with raw MTL already.

I haven't seen this event either, but it has something to do with toilets not having locks, so try entering every toilet you can, maybe it'll trigger, maybe it's broken - hard to tell.
I got that while entering the Main building's toilet (the building that is just above MC's house). I dont know if its time specific or not, but I got it in night time.
