I took a stab at this one with the 0.1 release.
Update: The help screen text changed for v0.2, fixed it.
- Dumped all the strings from the assets and ran thought Sugoi
- Some minor cleanup of the MTL
- Added resizers to try and keep things fitting in the UI
- Translated the help screen

+ game is still early development, you can check the dev's ci-en via their dlsite page to track their progress.
in the meantime, how about using OBS or something to record your screen & then save a playthrough to watch later, that's what I do when games take too long to reach ecchi stuff.

Pretty sure that's it. When you extract SiblingLiving-translation.*.7z it may ask if you want to overwrite AutoTranslation.ini, choose yes (if it doesn't ask there isn't one yet, so don't worry about it).

I managed to get to the "good stuff" in this game but it keeps getting cut off and goes back to the room. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
There is a time/actions?/mood limit to the scene's.
Try maxing her mood out before starting sex scenes, you can do this by patting her head repeatedly, and you can tell what her mood is like by her expression while sitting/laying down, and her tone of voice.
There might be a coded limit for scene's to stop before the bath/food/sleep triggers, but I'm not sure.
Thanks. It was the time. It cuts at 20:00, 22:30, 01:30 and 04:00 I thought it was a bug because the save and title buttons disappear when I get cut off and appear next evening. I wish it doesn't take her so long or has an option to wake up and doesn't just cut off when she's already awake. Still in development so hoping for improvements.
Did some testing, and I couldn't find the time values with cheat engine, but it's possible completely break the clock by doing this:
* 21:00 ~ 21:30
- choose couch scene.
- spam headpats
* 23:30
- forced into shower scene
* 23:30 ~ 04:##
- spam headpats, some rng is required
- if you land between 23:55 ~ 00:00, you get kicked out early, after that you are safe to touch her as you please, but you have to not leave early and let it kick you out at 04:## to get the next step.
* 04:##
- forced into good night event
- 1 hour passes
* 05:##
- choose invisible imouto on bed
* 05:## ~ 04:## next day
- uninterrupted night sex scene get.
- sleep event will be triggered when you leave
- sleep event will be triggered at 4 A.M.
- there are several times at which you can trigger the sleep event and have the timer for the next day go into the negatives.
* 18:##
- trigger the sleep event at 18:## to
a) have the house background show correctly.
b) have access to lewd her on the couch.
* 18:-999:##
- you can stack (-)hours by telling her to go to sleep and then going to sleep yourself.
- this works because the time is stuck at the day and hour you left it and the game adds in a new hour counter where the minutes previously were.
- I have no idea why this works but hey, practically unlimited fluff time.

Man, I'm surprised they released the game in such an incomplete state. Between the bugs, the fact that money/HP doesn't seem to do anything, and the wonky UI and controls, I'd hardly call this thing playable. Is it just me, or can you not fuck her during sleep?
