i tried it and yes i would say it is machine translated one can notice it by the spacing problem
RomCom, SVS, ...
It's all just machine translations that end up there. The SVS dude tends to do some himself, but they often turn out to be a broken mess. I've tried a few after all and it ain't the first time I've gotta halt the efforts early on.

The SVS dude spits out some of the worst MTL's imaginable. I'm not talking 'bout the poetry here either.
Often they just simply don't work, broken beyond all hell.
Basically ... SVS's MTL downloads ... they're a lottery. You never know before you try whether or not it'll actually work.
And often times, it won't die 'second 1' either. Though I've also found those that are SOOOOOO busted, that you simply could tell right from the get go that it was busted (like 'The Oracle's Masochist Knight').
