Not him but Takeda is big on moral degradation/corruption. the answer is what i said in an earlier post "they like them chubby" any other explanation is overcomplicating stuff.
Stop looking for magical answers, cause there are none, even if later on takeda comes up with some lore that woud be something that the author came up later.
The simple truth is that takeda likes girls that are a bit dirty hence the body hair and the fat so by extension his characters like that too.
As for the gradual fattening it had (at least originally ) no in game reason. If you look at his other works over the years, they have all changed in a similar way, this just happen to be more obvious in the sentai series and the game that have been going on for years.
We're basically just looking at takeda's evolution as an artist. Wether he comes up with some lore to explain this would be just something that he pulled out of his ass to explain that.
That's very true, but if you've ever watched Saito Naoki on Youtube with his 'guess this character's design with just a few hints' series, the thought processes in an artist are like SUPER complicated. Color contrast, details that reflect characterization (that we might not even notice unless we're hearing his explanation/commentary AND seeing the character slowly come together like in his videos), and even things like how they're holding a certain pose or object are all factors an artist will consider almost by instinct.
While Saito Naoki and Takeda Hiromitsu are artists for drastically different fields (Pokemon vs Porn), they are still artists, so I believe Takeda will have had at least some consideration for how his character design interacts with their characterization. Still mostly what he likes, but not JUST that.

Irelevant, there are a few factors that prove my point:
-In his other works, you can see his artstyle changing.
- He was still using the same busts but with different ojtfits even when his artsyle had already changed, the rietta 1st pussy sex event is a good example of this. Proving that this was not intentional.
Sure there's complexitiy in an artist process, but as i said before this is also explained in the dialogue, takeda has a bunch of kinks so his male characters have them, as a response his female develop them.

Takeda said himself that there's a parasite and magic going on that slowly changes the girls' bodies. It is set up in early events. Mayhaps some are overthinking, and it is in fact Takeda's tastes, but he's also given an in-game reason.

As for elaborating on my thoughts I think I said what I had to say there I think. It's just one of the ways to show corruption. Kakugari Kyoudai plays with body alterations in a similar way for example.

Could've used other means if he wanted to.
