She's def his least favorite. The other two have like 3 or 4 more events than Terena, and her scenes are always shorter with fewer GC and significantly less dialogue. Oh, and she doesn't have any "extra scenes" that we know of
In the initial concept, there were originally only two main heroines, Arika and Rietta, while Terena was designed as a supporting character. You can tell from the cover art of the game that this was the case. Takeda also mentioned in a livestream that he didn't originally plan to create so many scenes for Terena, acknowledging that her larger role developed unexpectedly.

That would require redrawing the CG, or at least very careful patchwork to patch the effects out...good luck with that.

Realistically, it wouldn't be too hard for someone who knows RPGMaker to edit it out of the game.
But what's the fun in that?
Takeda has aknoledged him and other artist that "copied" his artstyle, even retweeted stuff from them
