You are certainly right for the most part; at least in the current state of AI, it is an extremely good mimic who uses the info you feed it to output something similar, but it can't generate anything new on its own. It can certainly do what you tell it to, and it will mimic your creativity, but it can't be creative on its own. However, when true AI, or AGI, is reached, then the gate to hell won't be able to be close. And from what I see, they are already planning to use brain cells to do that—a biological AI system if you will; whenever it will be successful is another matter.

Pixiv sometimes requires censoring when you're drawing the details of genitals (just like how it's censored in any porn media).
The drawings that are related to work (for example: monthly magazine cover, ASMR art cover, bonus drawing came with buying merch...) are like something stream watchers should already know to be careful when mention it, as normal etiquette. We know what the content is for, the artist also knows it, but unless he clearly tells what it is for, then we just don't ask about it.
Now to share the whole thing on public mode, that's like leaking information, indirectly hurts the artists due to contract violation.
I mean, his streams have always had a big bold line that's mentioned "Do not share screenshot of stream". Sharing in a closed group is not okay already, but to post it publicly...
