TH has been working on other projects while in the middle on this game, so everytime he does that, it would take a while before he returns to BBPNTR.
And while it maybe can be considered a small delay compared to the overall view of making the game, we have been waiting for years now, hoping it will be done soon.
I don't mind he finishes the last events he has planned, so give him time for that.
It would possibly be finished between 2026 and 27, but that's a rough guess, as it could go as far as 28 too.

And while that behind the Lord/Arika POV scene is hot, i just don't see how it would fit in...

We hoped it'd be 2024, but given Takeda's insistence on animating every damn scene it wasn't happening. Now we think it MIGHT be done by mid- or end-2025, but TH keeps getting sidetracked.

As you will see one post above you, the more conservative estimates have pushed the game's completion as far back as 2028.

And this is with all the 'official fall' events of the girls ALL DONE already.

The events are insanely good quality but the engine, gameplay, map design and way to put the scenes and the story into the game are trash tbh hope he works on that too because it looks very primitive.

He should watch what some creators can do with the rpgm engine nowadays because these very basic buildings and design in general look very cheap for today's standard.

I'm afraid these suggestions are very very late my friend I'm guessing he did considered these at some point during or even start of the development but realized custom things will be a bit much to handle.

The Japanese should be swallowing up the idea of making sex dolls from this genre of video games and visual content. They'd be lining their pockets with cash. And they wouldn't need to do mass production but on demand.

Not this year for certain. I can't see Takeda exceeding more than 2 years from now to release this thing, but who knows. My guess is mid 2027 now.

1) Scene animation.

2) He keeps getting distracted by side projects.

If you looked his past posts on fantia, calculated how long each event took to make, adding side projects here and there, AND compare it with his old plans for the events, i'll say this...

No, not this year.

It would be a miracle if it was done in 26, but 27/28 is more likely my guess.
