This is 2d.
That perspective, where you see the tits from avobe and the legs from the front-ish would require a lot of forced perspective and deformation, plus the skirt pulling even more deformation.
Achieveable in blender for sure, but in koikatsu I don't think so. Then again, he could had exported the models to blender and drawn on top. Because it definitely looks drawn.

You don't need it.

You just need to go to the Reminiscence Room, that can accessed on the menu's Memories (Below Option and above Save), but before that; clear the first event/sex scene with Arika before you can get the option, as it will given to you by the old man from the village.
To speed through the text fast without holding a button, press S then the whole thing will pass MUCH faster until you can move your character or the scene shifts to another location/scene.

Once you are in the Reminiscence Room, talk to the cat and all events will be unlocked.
If playing the 1.1 version, then some of them may not be unlocked, but that's intentional, as it's only a demo, as in they are in game but not ready.

EV33 is in the demo, at the very least the 1.1 version, so it should be in 1.12 too.
Also, 1.12 IS the latest version to date. So no playing EV39, unless it's on video.

I wouldn't expect a new demo myself, only the complete version of the game in a few years time.
