Pretty sure it’s another collab doujin for comiket and he’s doing his small part. Like with the Asuna one previously.
Unlikely he's doing this as a sub-in for delaying Rietta, since it's not going to be released on his Fantia.

It usually takes too long for the AI to give me the image with the correct colors and backgrounds.

Because sometimes it makes mistakes or adds things out of nowhere. (After 18 attempts, I finally got it right.)
