People have already opened the game and all the cg are there, the game is complete,The problems have already been detected, they just need to be resolved.
As mentioned on the earlier posts, all the CGs are there at the onset. The issue is now linking them to where they were supposed to show up.

Man i don't think i have seen the rating of a game in DLsite drop so hard and fast as it did with this one. Oh sure, it isn't the first game in there to get a 3 star review average but i'd be damned if i said it happened with 1 - a game by a developer that has such a good rapport with the community and 2 - a game by a studio with a long history of releases that didn't feature any bugs or issues on THIS scale.
And you know what? I kinda pity them in spite of how hard they dropped the ball over releasing this. Having main artist die in the final lap of production is one hell of a disaster to deal with, and that's without getting into the building hype and promises they made to the fans.
That being said, this was ultimately a tragedy of hoborbound zealotry -if they just swallowed their pride and delayed the game 2-3 months instead of trying to push a rushed release just to meet the original schedule they would have suffered relatively minor backslash compared to the PR disaster that is going on right now.

sadly, AAA games do the same mess.... release an unfinished game and then pray things will work out.
That never goes well and there's tons of examples. Any company thinking things will be fine when you rush a game clearly didn't learn from the massive piles of history

They tried to rush the game for a the Cafe collab and billboard advertisement. However, at this point, i don't think any customers would bother going there when the main game is on fire and unplayable...

Nope its only 2pm in Japan tho, so will have to give em another 10 hours to see if they hit their Jan 31st deadline to fixing the black screen for h-scenes.
This is what they said below on fixing h-scenes. There was more info on other bugs, but that wont be fixed till later on (Feb 10th or so)
Regarding the darkening of the H-scenes.
I sincerely apologize for my lack of confirmation.
We are currently taking measures, and we would like to have it in some form
by the end of this week on the 31st , so we apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate it if you could wait a little longe

I think the Chinese will more hash on that pointIf they don't release a patch today the Japanese are going to be even more furious.

No, they don't do that anymore starting with 1.03, a fresh download is needed from dlsite, any previous version you have is no longer valid, so there are only two options: buy or wait for someone to share it
