I've been quietly working on a translation for this for a couple of weeks and am up to Dahlia, the boss of the jail area behind the Succubus Castle. So about a quarter/third left. I do better when I don't promise to finish something, but figured if it's got a thread here, I should say. No promises on when/if I'll be done, might still burn out or die in traffic, etc, but I can post it sometime as and when it's completed.
only get Failed to load img/system/Window.png from this
I've seen that error before when someone decrypts the images and audio files from the RPGM folders (say, for translation purposes), but only partially copies the decrypted versions back into those folders (say, they just copy the decrypted images into the game folder and forget the audio, so the game finds decrypted images and then freaks because some files are 'missing', even though the encrypted version is right there). Basically:
  • Make sure the audio and image files are intact by deleting them and replacing 'audio' and 'img' folders with ones from a fresh, unmodified copy. This will not affect the MTL, because that's made of edits to .jsons over in Data.
  • Make sure the file names haven't gotten garbled from pagefile fuckery. I can get into this, but long story short, don't unzip JP .zip and .rar files with 7zip, use Winrar or Bandizip with 'name encoding' set to '932 - Shift JIS'

i can only get the "data" folder from here but people say it works am i missing something?
That's the files for putting the MTL into the game, not a link to the game itself. You need a pirate copy of the game (get it from the 'raw files' link in the OP), and then you overwrite the original 'data' folder from that with this one.

IF you end up translating this, we would all be forever in your debt.

Quick update: am done with Daisy and Viola's casino area and 2/5 enemies deep in the stretch between them and Princess Veronica, the last of the queen's four executives. There's at least three non-enemy ero scenes I've yet to do that occur in this area too. But once it's done, it's just the queen left.

Edit to avoid double posting: just princess veronica and the queen left now.

Veronica's done. Should be done with the queen in a few hours but she's got a lot of dialogue and three times as many attacks as anyone else, so she might be a pain. Then we get to see if I've broken anything with all my edits sometime tonight when I try playtesting, and my soul can finish leaving my body in the process. Let's just say, god I hope I haven't broken anything. I mean, I've got backups I can steal working versions of events from, but still, just working out what's gone wrong is the worst.

Okay, I think it's done. Not exactly a pro at this. If you encounter any problems, typos, bugs or untranslated text I missed, etc, then let me know. I didn't encounter any crashes or stuff to indicate missing files, etc, when playtesting, but it's possible I've screwed something up somehow anyway. Otherwise, please enjoy!

Tips, I guess:
-Save often. This game is nice enough to offer infinite retries after losing, but only offers the option to retry after a gameover if there was combat beforehand. If you get a gameover from a scene that didn't begin with combat, you will be booted back to the menu screen and possibly lose minutes worth of progress. Autosave might catch you... or it might not. This is one of several problems that were fixed in the sequel.

-It's a short game, with little to no need to grind. Levels are only important if you lose them during a particular event. Equipment seems fairly important, but you find plenty of it via chests if you're thorough, and the 'armory'/item shop updates after every boss to stock better equips if you're feeling impatient. The game is also incredibly linear.

-There's a fairly extensive recollection room at the end, so even if you miss a few things, don't worry, you should be able to see it eventually.

-The queen sucks and waffles way too much. Give her an extra smack for me.

1st: when you try to go to the other guy's room before saving the innkeeper
2nd: after I defeated Daisy and Viola

Thanks for helping. I've fixed them on my end (1st one is along the lines of 'I can't let this happen', 2nd is a third variation on 'I can't believe you took down Daisy and Viola' if you were curious), but I'm probably going to wait for a bit before reuploading and give anything else that needs work time to get noticed, since these are quite small fixes.

It looks like someone scrapped images from different h-games and put it in one lol. It looks like Drawn Together.

First time seeing an AI art game? This is... better than average, actually. But I get what you're saying. I get the same reaction from Daz games. They're just fucking uncanny a lot of the time.

Oh, and here's an guys. Other link's also been updated for it. Nobody's let me know of anything else wrong with it, and I haven't found anything else myself, so it's basically just those line fixes and actually remembering to give myself credit for the translation.

I was goofing around. It's still pretty meh. Ai art gets alot of hype but funnily enough it absolutely sux for porn games. You have to bend, trick, and do tons compromises to make it work for sex scenes. Uncanny DAZ is atleast not based on stolen work, so it's a 1:0 for the DAZ incest boys.
