I checked that game's original name and yeah, it's a mistranslation. In both names there is an adjective "ブス" which means not straight up ugly, but plain/ordinary/looking/less than attractive. I might be mistaken, but I think Japanese call not well groomed girls like that too, which is the case here.
And her body can't be called ordinary by any stretch of the imagination -- those curves, goddamn.

Are you definitely using v1.0? I dont think that MTL would work for a later version. If you are and this crashes maybe your files are damaged.
