Use MTOOL for auto translation. Unlike other games by Star's Dream, this one is pretty much 100% clicking with no keyboard.
Survive 4 is mostly focused on the actions at your base.
Talk to the main girl, check what supplies you have, use those supplies to level up character equipment.
I recommend using Google Translate via phone to translate the UI.
The game is so simple, you'll understand it in 5 minutes with the translation in hand.

Hi, I'm slowly copy-pasting chatGPT translation of Survive 1 when I'm bored at work.
The biggest problems so far:
1. Chat GPT refuses to do porn, so far I'm just trying to change Google MTL so it starts making any sense, but it boarders on making stuff up.
2. I have to manually separate sentences so it fits on the screen, one line can fit a little more than 50 letters. The good part is I don't have to worry about fitting in 4 rows since the game adds a new page on 5th row.
Minor stuff like auto translation not figuring out if it should use she, I, he, we and inconsistencies when translating names are annoyances at worst - I should be able to easily catch them when doing read through and play-testing.
If you have any suggestions how to work around chatGPT being a prude or other free services that can replace it let me know.
So far I'm at the very early stages, but you can check how it looks here:

Almost everything is translated - the quality is pretty low, as expected of MTL, even with support of ChatGPT and me touching up here and there.
I'm currently doing a play-through to chceck if I broke something when translating and get some additional context for potential fixes. Then I'll try to make battle system translation - I didn't bother doing that earlier since it's as standard for RPGM games as it gets and it's pretty easy to figure out what's going on.
PS
If you notice "bulbulator" during item combination let me know what items it needed - I think it's unused part of testing dialogue and I can't figue out what original text meant using any MTL so I placed something that obviously doesn't belong to check.
Edit:
It seems like "bulbulator" was unused after all, just completed the game with good ending, still need to check the deadbeat ending and bonus (ruined castle) scenario - a few tweaks and it should be "good enough".

The final version is out.
Unfortunetly sex scenes are almost completely Google MTL - edited only for consistency on "who" and to fit on screen. Normal scenes are chat GPT though so it's pretty good - same edits for "who" and for fitting on screen.
I'm not planning any updates unless I find a way to get better translation or someone finds a big screwup that needs fixing.

Apperently there is a translation for Survive 2 and 4 floating around somewhere, but I can't find it on any website that I'm using. Survive 3 translation krinekron found and posted in this thread looks pretty good other than text occasionally going off the screen.
Anyway it looks like that's it for my work on this series, at least for now. Have a nice fap everyone.

A massive rushjob of Google (non AI) MTL and automatic text wrapping, seems to be working but I highly recommend everyone to wait for something better, either from me or someone else.
Game should work if Survive 1 worked on your PC.

Scroll down and select RPG Maker VX (not VX ACE!!)
Click Download Runtime Package and install it.
If this doesn't help try downloading this file
If it still doesn't help try editing "game.ini" file (use basic text editor like notepad) and change RGSS200J.dll to RGSS202J.dll
