Found this out when messing around. Admin mode/Battle Phase Skip.

Just edited the Score Attack mode for maximum points to get the new equip, then used it in score attack. Left and was greeted with this.

My main question is, why isn't this unlocked after Kyoran? Score attack should be a bonus mode for fun, not to unlock this. I wanted this since the beginning!

Using CE, scan for the score shown in score attack[I was using shared save from earlier]. Should be only a few listings of the same number. Edit them all to whatever (999999999), and the last equipment should be selectable. Then change to it and go though the first battle. Afterwards, just leave that screen.
