The translation is great , the only parts i see left unstralated are the memories of the girls that appear while you are inside their minds.

However now that im finally playing it im having a lot of trouble understanding how to progress each girl story. I always unlock a number of brain parts and scenes and get locked there...

If you meant the "trauma" the girl has, it's a hardcode image for each trauma. So, it needed some photoshop to change the text. I plan to update it in the future.

For each girl normal story, there is like a sidequest which you have to talk to other character to piece together a story.
Check the gallery -> "Other " for clue.
