And usually it's because the game can't read files with corrupted name.
Using emulator or switching to JP local unicode can only solve the problem if the files name are OK. Else you'll have to re download the whole game and extract it using JP setting.

anyone know how to fix the black screen at what im assuming is the fireworks. cant do anything and from the music sounds like its kicking me to the main menu
