try open in winrar, and change language to japanese (ctrl+e) before unpack, it worked for me

Is anyone working on a non-MTL translation? If not, I'll start working on one.
What is this for? Windows only? Or is there an android port too? And same question for the time stopped one that someone asked for. Please and thank you.
Hello, I don't know if anyone else had problems like me but it was difficult to understand the instructions so I will explain them in more detail.
1) you only need (From what I saw, it can produce errors, can someone who knows tell me, so far I have not had them) file 001 must be decompressed with rar or zip
2) once you unzip the file inside, you open that file without unzipping it
3) go to options and search for encryption by name
4) you select the Japanese option
5) without exiting winrar because it restarts, move the file that I renamed to Japanese outside of rar so that I can decompress it
6) the game is ready.
"extra": I saw that they passed an mtl to translate it something so I don't know if it is 100% but for now it translates for me. Maybe they will continue trying to update it or translate it more, I don't know but I downloaded it today and I saw that several had problems since it came out, I would say that few played it for that reason. I hope not.
I don't expect them to, but it would be good if they linked my explanation to the original message so that people don't get lost in case they do.
