I dont know about 100% completion but I have a romantic relationship with all the girls and also unlocked the secret love hotel, it was a real hassle that I dont want to repeat so I'm happy to share my save for the sake of preservation, I was too lazy to buy all the swimsuits but my save has more than enough money to buy whatever you want..

Yes, a harem dating sim with a looot of extra steps. You not only have to increase the girls' affection but also do specific things (sometimes on very specific days and times) to continue their quest line before you get to the naughty bits. The actual affection gain/H scene gathering is only a fraction (around 3/10th) of the stuff to do in the game. Be warned: the grind is real.
