I don't know how impatient you guys are but if anyone is as impatient as me the link on page 5 by xellos616 is a download to the game, and if you just google unity auto translator the first github link gives a very easy download and extract to the exe folder type setup, and while it takes a bit to translate and is very poetry, it is readable and fairly workable.

As for a full save it isn't needed, if you go through the first set of quests a ring appears in your bathroom that takes you to the gallery room, and if you talk to one of the characters in the room it allows for a full gallery opening.



(also if you skip through dialogue and then open history with TAB the game will translate all of the messages fairly quickly rather than waiting for each message if you plan to do this for scenes/repeatable dialogue, the second time you see the messages they will be in English)
