I installed real-time auto-translation in the game.
1. Extract the files
2. Run the .exe file (Asylum.exe).
I think you need to be connected to the internet for the translation to work.
The translation is not fast, and it is not as clear as an official translation by a person would be, but it is readable.
Let know if the translation doesn't work.
