It's in AppData/LocalLow/Emadeplus/LittleLife, the AppData folder is in you user folder. Where your videos, pictures etc folders are. If you can't see it go up to the windows view menu and enable hidden items.

Why can i run the game？There is nothing after click

Hard to say if it just simply doesn't work. Unity games are sometimes sensitive to your graphics setting, particularly scaling. It doesn't mention it on the DLSite page but it might be 64bit only as it's Unity (but not definitely).

When the heart on the title screen is flashing click it, you probably have to beat the game first. If your on ULMF there is a complete save

Black Market is banned here because you put the children to work, and maybe the blender. Two game threads, and a few others have been removed. Look around you should be able to find ver.1.2.10 elsewhere.

Looks like the game thread might have been update with the official English version. If not it was posted here, and the old decensoring method still works if it hasn't already been done.
