lol obviusly, but its a shame anyway... besides sometimes there are releses with no censoreship or simply decensore mods and i feel this game would really benefit from that since it has a realy nice art style and it just feels so dumb to censore it.

Well if you want to decensor it yourself, feel free to; this is unfortunately one of those cases where there exists no uncensored version of the art to make it easy. So if someone wants it with no censorship, they'll have to do all the work themselves
I think the lich is bugged or at least has canonically no balls. I've killed the fucker no idea how many times and still no drop.

At some point I was driven by pure pettiness and spite. I know this game had a hobby of being intentionally ass every third step and (just like way too many Japanese games) is in love with busywork, but would some limit to it be too much to ask?
