How do you run this game in pc? Because I open the top.html file and it said adobe Flash Player is no longer supported.

Download Flash Player on pc and use start file, from マユリ様の人体実験室-> data -> flash -> start.
Works for me.

you could try using QooApp if youre on mobile but otherwise im not sure
