are you just adding the translation to that game file, or are you adding it after patching the ci-en files?

You may need to either rename the folder name, or move the folder back a couple of folders, you may also need to extract it in japanese unicode.

It's most likely because of the japanese characters, you probably need to extract it in japanese unicode, and or make it not as deep in your harddrive, because the deeper it is, the longer the file path, which will then get you errors like what you're getting because it's too long for it to recognize it properly.
Thanks for trying to help I don't have the patience for trying to figure this out right now so I'm just going to go play trails of cold steel

don't remember what town it's in but its the HOP branch HQ has a Bf and the donation box you get it by winning the bf or donation money for the bf one you talk to the succubus just lower to where the bf is on same side for the money the succubus next to the donation will give it to you after you donate the amount they want
