Handholding, date nights, and chocolates work pretty well
Surprised by how extensive this game is. Even though I'm not really into hetero stuff, the boobs and situations are nice -- plus the game is surprisingly funny in terms of writing.
Unfortunately the Milk-chan fight at the temple north of the snowy town is completely untranslated -- is that where the translation ends, or is that just one singular fight that got missed? (Or, worse yet, are all her subsequent fights not yet TL'd?) Milk-chan's definitely my main recruit target -- I want to get her ASAP, so if her content's not done yet, I should probably wait for the next TL patch.

A lot of fights and H-scenes aren't translated yet. Considering that 2.0 will also be released eventually, it might take a few more months to have everything translated.
To you have an idea when you will finish with the translation for patch 1.53?
also, has someone a fullsave fr the Succubus House, because I will wait for the translation do play the patch

you can just walk into the suc house, talk to the person in front, and itll unlock everything.
If you are using mtool, you can teleport right to it, and force-unlock the code-locked scenes.

I actualy wouldn't know, I am still finishing 100 percenting Lust Grimm Again and Lust Friend.
It would take up to a week for a preliminary translation, and that would only have the essentials translated like story and UI elements (for the new content). A full translation would probably take long enough for 2.0 to come out.
currently adding your previous TL reverts parts of the game to the previous version. (I noticed the succ house, but there's probably more)
How bad would it be to just make the TL compatible with the new version, without translating the new stuff?

Huh?, It literally tells you when you first go through all the text. You need to befriend the succubus enemies.
I could do that, but there's not much point. If someone wants to play content from the previous versions, they can (mostly) do it with the patch for 1.43. If they want to play content from 1.5, I haven't translated much content for it yet, so they'd still have to use machine translation a lot.
Here's a translation for Version 1.53. I've translated all new map files and achievements, as well as some more H-scenes and battle dialogue (mainly from pre-1.5 content). This should let you at least play through the new content.
