1st missing is probably "Friends with Level 1". 2nd missing is probably "Family of the Succubus Queen" (i.e. Bosewicht). I'm saying this based on the game files, so I'm not sure how to get these achievements.

Level 1 is in Dark World after you beat the game.
You must Raise all the Sins and Bosewicht to Beloved and then talk to Bosewicht in Mirror City to receive Succubus Stone (EX Joker) to get the achievment "Family of the Succubus Queen", it's probaly the hardest Achivment in the game.

Here's a translation patch for Version 1.43. Note that you must download Version 1.4 or higher before applying this. Here I've translated all map files, as well as some H-scenes and battle dialogue. You should be able to complete the game's story, although recruiting some succubi will be difficult since their reaction lines are untranslated.
