Wow, thanks for helping so quickly!
So, 1.1 does fix the empty inventory bug for both tools and cards in the main inventory. However 1.0 allowed the player to edit decks, assuming they had cards available, while 1.1 shows an empty card inventory in deck editing screen. I guess there are a lot of inventories that are confusing your systems?
1.1 does still have the turn 1 card battle crash. I don't really see it as a big deal as you can still move the save to a non-translated folder and win lose games before moving saves back. I've attached a save with a deck created on the off chance you were interested in seeing what is causing the crash. Also attached is the error message, no idea why it says SLRMTL1.0 though.

Please try SLRMTL1.2.

When testing please leave the house and go back in to reset the Map before challenging her.

By any chance, does anyone have the dev's other game? I've been searching everywhere for a download link but nothing works.

Game in question:

My game crashes every time I make Makoto use straight punch. Also just buff-type skills in general. Please help.

It should be fixed in SLRMTLv1.3, but I had to remake the entire Scripts so there might be something else broken instead now...

Thank you kindly. I just tried out all of the possible combat commands at level 13 including basic attacks, guard, and item usage. Barring incredibly obscure items or skills which may or may not have trigger unwanted landmines, combat seems to work without cause for concern. You are the G!

Please try SLRMTL1.4.
Instead of just trying to find and fix those two issues I've remade all Maps and Commonevents with the newest version of SLR and it seems to have fixed it.
Now there's a problem with the display option for entering shops and the deck has nothing showing up even when I pulled cards from the booster pack. There also seems to be issues with numbers in other options which I have yet to fully try out. I swear these bugs be popping out like Whack-A-Mole.

This project sure is fun...

Please try SLRMTL1.5.
My tools and cards have now magically disappeared from inventory...
If this game was Whack-A-Mole, it would definitely be a fraudulent scam; milking the common citizen for everything they're worth.

When I try to open up the status screen of the mysterious youngster, the game crashes. The same thing happened when I tried to skip through the battles.

Well... this time it's really fucked.
Using that save on the untouched Japanese game, even when leaving and resetting the map, that status menu crash still happens.
So either that crash already exists in the original Japanese game, or something at some point was permanently placed into that save breaking it.
