Don't know how, it's literally just text files. How many flags? One catch from one of the no-names? Bitdefender found nothing. If you guys don't understand how to use virustotal then it's not actually going to help you.

So, has anyone found a way to turn the main character into a girl?
When using the customatization you get this message:
I already played the OG game and I already got all scenes on this one except for 2 with the shotas (which I turned into traps) and it says that those 2 scenes cannot be played if the main character has a penis.
In case anyone wants traps and cute and funny cards:
And a save with the gallery fully unlocked (the save it's inside the gallery room itself and I added the global.rpgsave just in case it needs it, to use it instead of going into "recollection room" just load save 5 as if it where the normal game. That save with the global save will most likely unlock the NEW GAME+
I added another save "save 20" it has all characters edited (no more old hags... half of them are cute and funy, some cute n funny with dick and the 2 shotas are traps... it is at NEW GAME PLUS just after you wake up on the first morning.

You're thinking about the second game, and yes it was taken down but the mods brought it back after a couple months.
No, this is the remake of the first one.

Well those pics that show nips are dudes/trap characters, if you open/zoom in the cards on the upper left corner it says *male, I don't think theres a problem with male nips unless a mod can clarify that.
Tbh I don't know the semantics of the rule. It's just that sharing images on translation threads has always been discouraged in my experience because it only takes one trigger happy reporter to close the thread down.

When they are released in Steam by Kagura do we still have the usual Official Uncensored like previous game?

To be fair if they actually do a thorough job bugfixing the game I'll consider it an improvement. I had to fix stuff left by Kagura and the dev myself last time, which is a pain when you didn't write the code.

I used MTOOL, you can find it on this site and it will auto translate everything.
I can't share the patch since Mtool doens't allow patch sharing (it won't open in your App even if you try).
