No nothing like that. The hard part is not giving the other maids too much personality. They are simply drones but I think they are slightly different in terms of personality. So I might add touches of sarcasm to their text boxes but without going too far. Im not doing every text box cause some look a little messy anyway but its still readable. Iv not covered the entire game but where Iv covered I will make small changes where possible. I just got the good ending. So far I think theres about 8 endings?

theres actually more content to this game but its behind a paywall. And I cant pay because its all Japanese and they make it hard to use international banking systems like buying points for DLsite to then use those points on the devs website. Mess

Needing some help here, on the other thread for this game someone said there is a keycard on the room left of the kitchen but...
Can't figure out how to reach the other side of the kitchen (on the right)
I got the apron on the small room but the rest of said room is locked off, I can only move the big bix one tile to the right but it doesn't budge beyond that
Thats really weird because during the runaway route (after you find If and decides to escape) I actually managed to move the box further and access the rest of the room but in that route the golden keycard is on maidski's room instead of that place, furthermore, that room has a door to the south that doesn't open because "someone is on the other side" but I never managed to find out where do I acess the other side of the entrace

Its sort of like an interactive FanFiction game with puzzles and undercover detective work. You scour the mansion looking for keys and information but depending on how you play, what you collect and uncover changes the ending. You always have 7 days to solve the case. And obviously the more keys you collect the more the mansion opens up, whereas at the beginning everywhere its either locked or guarded

Theres only MTL's about atm. Mines a MTL but Im sort of deciphering it. Making more sense to the reader basically. Because the MTL is readable but your constantly having to put your own words into it to make proper sense and obviously it gets names wrong as well as pronouns etc.
I.F is known as Mr.AIF or some reason so I change it to either Iffy-san or IF-san
Pretty sure they are finished with it now. They did like mini-DLC for it. And the final version is 3.10.
The DLC contains a couple of special endings and an outfit for Nepgear, thats about it. They are doing another game now. I could be wrong but I think its going to be based on Noa from Blue Archive. A sequel to the Nepgear game might be on the backburner till they release this one.
I think they are doing a Nepgear Maid in Korean/Chinese but thats about it. No English because they just dont have the resources for it.
As for timescale on the next release I really dont know. They want to stick to small FanFic style games. Nepgear Maid wasnt really big. If you did the right things at the right time in a certain order you could complete Nepgear Maid in about 45mins without skipping the text boxes.
Im guessing it takes about 6 - 7 months to make a game like that. Doing the map layouts, script, portraits, multiple routes etc. Then play-testing etc
The dev is doing another mini-game called Exit 8 Noa. Its based on the subliminal space game called Exit 8 which is based on like a Japanese underground train station. You use Noa from Blue Archive and you have to try escape before 'things' happen.
There's only a demo to try out which only gives you 8 cycles of the corridor and a couple of afflictions with 1 basic ending. I reckon if you were to get all the endings etc it would probably only take you 1 - 2hrs max so its not a big game obviously.
I was wondering if there was a pro somewhere who could try translate this though. I've attempted to MTL this but only half of the game gets done. The reason why is because most of the script is on a CVS file and the software I use only does the JSON files. I tried changing the CVS file to a JSON file, MTL it and then turn it back to a CVS file but it broke the game.
JSON files and CVS is presented very differently when you open it on notepad.
The only possible way I can think of is to manually translate the CVS file and thats open it with Notepad and replace the Japanese with english using copy/paste method on google translate. But its bit by bit which takes too long. Does anyone know how to deal with CVS files?

I thought translator++ can translate csv files tho? Just need to open as a different project
Cant see anything that opens it with a CSV file. You can convert JSON files to CSV's but thats it.
Unless Im doing it wrong?
Pretty much all games Iv put through have been JSON files but CSV files seem to be excluded in the translation software
