just download the game from ntr-games.com it work
they dont have the dlc those so you still need to download the one from the first thread

For those who in need, I made a proper version of the game with transllation + full save + dlc. In order to run the game go to anim/È‚Ì“÷ŒŠ‚Ƀz[ƒ€ƒXƒeƒC‚·‚éƒ}ƒbƒ`ƒ‡—¯Šw¶‚QŒ¬–Ú/data and run macho2.exe. For the dlc go to Additional scenes and run macho2.exe
