Dunno, the update say to refer to the "readme" for detail, but the only thing changed in the readme file, is the way the dev refer to the ASMR bonus. Instead of basically calling them ASMR it use the actual file name....
Don't think that warrant a full +0.1 upgrade version just for that...

Look like a MTL or edited MTL.

Text is translated, not the girls (ero) statuts (they may be picture).
Also, the name of the person talking ain't translated. I suppose the top of the chat text to be an image affixed on top of the chat box so it can't be translated unless editing each of the picture.
