I used the PS.exe. The mtool loaded the game but when I loaded my save it wasn't translated?

you need to load it in mtool, translate, then it create bat file in directory to launch

Never understood, how you get to remove the underwear?

Edit: There's a debug option in front of where you buy the swimsuit that removes them but idk if there is another way that does't require the debug.
