if I remember correctly from when I played last year there were 2 and 1 more in the making from what I was reading
but since I just got the translated ver I wanna replay and get all of the endings

Did they ever fix the bug about talking to Gold? Because if not i wouldn't call it finished. Maybe Kagura would, but it's, in fact, an unfinished work that needs to be fixed. Who knows, maybe there's a route locked behind that bug, huh? Now we'll never know.

Given that you joined in 2023, I can understand why you would labor under that misconception. Veterans here know that F95 mods are moody at best when it comes to tags. They keep debating genres, strike them down, un-strike them, refuse to add some of them- heck even their review parameters are questionable in some regard.
In short, the website is good, but isn't exactly grounded in reason in all spheres. Best make your own judgement by playing.

A lot of these games unfortunately have the Rule 7 trope; but don't get taken off the site. Is the Rule 7 here content unskippable thus requiring removal?

Doubt it. I remember the so called shota scene that triggered the Rule 7 for the game was very much optional.
My antivirus detected the winmm.dll file as a threat from the pixeldrain link from 27 posts up. Game might be fine to run without it, so just delete/quarantine that file if you download from that pixeldrain link.

Well, as I understand it, when a game like this appears, the moderators of the forum do a secret vote, and by voting they accept or reject the game, it is random because there are moderators from different countries, for some it is acceptable and for others it is not, apart from if the users report the game that it is not acceptable content because of the rule R7 they hide the game

While an intriguing prospect, the fact that it is one of those rare games focused on a formidable heroine who doesn't get broken by assholes, is kind of breath of fresh air. I like that she has agency over her fate and is still able to helm a story that is plenty erotic despite it.
