My guess is that you need to activate an erotic cut scene. Did you get hypnotised by the rich boy?
For those that don't know. When you meet the boy at the mansion, he takes you to a temple that is easy to level-up at. If during the quest you teach him the erotic skills from his skill menu, and equip it. You unlock a sex scene with him. And later you can go to his house once a day.
